  • Where is the store based?

    Portland, OR

  • Why do the dresses cost more than Forever 21 and target?

    Vanilla & lace is currently a one man (er... woman) operation. No slave labor, factory lines or mass production here.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • What if my package gets lost/what is Insurance?

    Insurance is an add-on to your cost of shipping that ensures your package will arrive and arrive in good condition. If your package is lost the USPS refunds you the full amount you paid.

    If you don't purchase insurance, there will be no refunds for packages lost once in the USPS possession. We haven't had any lost packages yet, but its better to be safe than sorry!
